Right of withdrawal

We offer a 30-day right of withdrawal. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, clean, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or another proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at lucuslimited@gmail.com. Please request your return label via email first. We will then inform you where to send your return.

Return Costs
In the case of a withdrawal, the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of the return shipment.
However, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, we will of course cover the return costs.

Condition of the Return
Please note: Only items returned in full and in perfect condition can be fully refunded.
If an item is used, damaged, soiled, or returned without its original packaging, we reserve the right to grant only a partial refund or to refuse the return.

Once your return has been accepted, you will receive a return label and detailed shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior request cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Items Excluded from Withdrawal
Some items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Opened or used hygiene products (e.g., beauty tools)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Discounted items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at lucuslimited@gmail.com.
